Civil Identity as an Attribute of Statehood and a Manifestation of the Unity of Diversity

dentification of trends and prospects for the development of modern Russian society, in which representatives of many, many nations traditionally live (today more than a hundred years), involves covering a wide range of issues, territories with the maintenance of stability. Among them, civil identity is preserved. In the context of multiculturalism, it becomes the basis and instrument of solidarity and control over society.
The article analyzes the factors of formation and maintenance of general civil identity and citizenship. In this case, both concepts are considered as synonymous. The main attention is paid to the education system and, in particular, schools as a key institution. Despite the fact that the work is interdisciplinary in nature – pedagogy and sociology, I would like to separately highlight its inclusion in the context of political anthropology.
